Tour the Mirrix Interface
The Mirrix platform is designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind. Whether you're managing product documentation, uploading marketing assets, or collaborating on approvals, the interface ensures every tool is where you need it clearly structured and easy to use.
At a glance, the Mirrix screen is divided into several intuitive sections. Each part plays a key role in helping you navigate, manage, and act on your digital assets effortlessly.

Top Header Bar
The header bar provides quick access to essential tools and navigation options.
- Search Bar: Quickly locate assets using powerful metadata-based search.
- User Profile: View account information or log out.
- Notifications: Stay informed with system alerts, such as errors or workflow updates.
- Help Icon: Access documentation and support resources when you need guidance.
Side Panel
Located on the left, the sidebar allows you to refine your asset view using a range of filters
- Filters: Enables filtering based on multiple criteria such as object type, file type, reference type tags, approval status.
- My Searches: Access your saved searches for quick reuse of common filter combinations.
Top Navigation Tabs
These tabs let you switch between the core areas of the platform
- Upload: Add new files and enter metadata.
- Collections: Group related assets for easier organization and retrieval.
- Folders: Organize files hierarchically.
- Workflows: Manage approval processes and reviews.
- Products: Link assets to products or SKUs.
- Analytics: Track usage and performance insights.
Main Content Area
This is the central workspace where assets are displayed
- Select All: Select one or multiple assets for batch actions.
- Collection: Create new Collections of assets.
- Approve: Approve selected assets in bulk for use or publication.
- Delete: Remove selected assets from the system.
- Grid/List View: Switch between a visual grid layout or a detailed list view depending on your preference.
Footer Controls
At the bottom of the screen, you'll find additional controls
- Pagination Controls: Move between pages of results and set how many items to view at once.
- Context Selector: Choose the relevant working context, dynamically pulled from STEP based on your role.
- Workspace Switcher: Toggle between Main and Approved, allowing users to manage draft and published content separately.
