User and Group Mangement
Managing Users and Groups
What Is User Management?
User Management is control center for deciding who can access system and what they're allowed to do once they're in. Think of it as the security and organization hub for your entire asset library.
Whether you're onboarding new team members, reorganizing departments, or adjusting permissions for specific projects, this is where you handle it all. Instead of managing access for each person individually (which can be time-consuming), you can create groups, set permissions once, and apply them to multiple users instantly.
Who Can Access This?
Only administrators can access the User Management section. If you're an admin, you'll see the User Management icon in your dashboard. Regular users won't have access to these controls.
What Can You Do Here?
The User Management section helps you control who has access to your DAM system and what they can do. It's organized into two main areas:
Group Management Tab
Use this tab to create and organize user groups. Grouping users makes it easier to:
- Assign permissions to multiple people at once
- Keep teams organized by department, project, or role
- Manage access levels more efficiently
- Update permissions for entire groups instead of individual users
User Management Tab
Use this tab to add and manage individual users. Here you can:
- Create new user accounts
- Edit existing user profiles
- Assign users to specific groups
- Set individual permissions and access levels
- Remove or deactivate users when needed
