Uploading a Single Asset

This user guide walks you through the straightforward process of uploading digital assets to the Mirrix Application. Whether you're uploading images, documents, or other media files, this step-by-step guide will help you get your assets into the system quickly and efficiently.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access the Application

• Open your preferred web browser
• Navigate to the Mirrix login page

Step 2: Sign In to Your Account

• Enter your registered email address in the username field
• Type your password
• Click the Login button

• You'll be automatically redirected to the Mirrix Homepage

Step 3: Navigate to Upload Section

• Locate and click the Upload tab on the Homepage
• You'll now see the upload interface where you can add your files

Step 4: Select and Upload Your File

• Click the Select files button to browse your computer
• Navigate to your desired file location and select the asset you want to upload
• Click Open to confirm your selection
• Choose Images from the Upload profile dropdown menu
• Click the Upload button to begin the upload process

Step 5: Review Your Uploaded Asset

• Once uploaded, you can view your asset by clicking on its unique STEP ID (for example: IMG_142775)
• Take a moment to review:

- Asset thumbnail preview

- Basic file information

- Extended information

- Applied attributes and tags

Step 6: Secure Exit

• When you're finished working, click the Logout button to safely exit the application
