Homepage Navigation

The Mirrix homepage provides quick access to key platform controls through a set of icons located in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. These icons allow you to manage your profile settings, switch workspaces, access help resources, view notifications, and for administrators manage users and groups.

Profile Icon

The Profile icon gives you access to your personal account options. Clicking it opens a dropdown menu with three options: Settings, Profile, and Logout.

Settings

The Settings option allows you to select a context and approved workspace toggle

How to change your context:

1. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Mirrix homepage.
2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. A Context dropdown will appear with available options (for example: English, Global, Germany).
4. Select your preferred context from the list.

The Approved Workspace toggle allows you to switch between two views:

• Main Workspace: Displays all assets that are in Main workspace
• Approved Workspace: Displays assets that have been approved and are in approved workspace

Profile

The Profile option opens your personal account information page, where you can view and update your account details.

Logout

The Logout option signs you out of your current Mirrix session.

How to log out:

1. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Logout from the dropdown menu.
3. You will be signed out and redirected to the Mirrix login page.

Help Icon

The Help icon provides access to support resources and platform information. Clicking it opens a dropdown menu with three options:

Help Center

Clicking Help Center redirects you to the Mirrix Help Center hosted on HelpScout, where you can browse articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

What's New

Clicking What's New takes you to the platform's release notes and updates page, where you can review the latest features, improvements, and changes introduced to Mirrix.

About Mirrix

Clicking About Mirrix displays a panel with technical details about your current platform instance, including:

• Version: The current version of Mirrix running in your environment
• Build Date: The date on which the current build was deployed
• Environment: The environment type (for example: Production, Staging)

Notifications Icon

The Notifications icon keeps you informed about file upload activity within the platform. When clicked, it opens a panel listing all files that have been successfully uploaded to Mirrix.

User Management Icon

The User Management icon provides administrators with tools to control access and permissions within Mirrix. It includes three key areas: Create Users, Create Groups, and Manage User Privileges.
